AGA Christmas Concert

The school put on a beautiful Christmas program on Thursday night. Praise God for our teachers, students, families, and a school with Jesus at the center.

Mission Trip Fundraiser Update

The fundraiser over the past month was a big success. Thanks to generous donations of clothing and household goods from our church, school, and friends, we expect to raise well over $1,000 for Amazing Grace Academy through Value Village.

We need help this Friday with loading and unloading donations. The AGA 7/8 grade class will help load at 9:00 AM at the Peterson home (6440 N Britchenstrap Dr, Palmer), and additional adult help would be appreciated. Our greatest need is help unloading at 1:00 PM at Value Village in Wasilla (503 W Parks Hwy).

Help at either time is appreciated! Contact Stacy Peterson if you have questions. (907) 441-4963‬

Native Christmas

On Saturday, December 20, from 3:00–7:00 p.m. in the school gym, our church will host 75–100 Alaskan brothers and sisters who remain displaced months after the northern Alaska typhoon. Many are spread across hotels and temporary facilities in Anchorage and beyond, separated from community, culture, and familiar language.

We can’t fix every challenge they face, but we can create a warm, safe place for them to gather, share a meal, reconnect, and find encouragement. This is a meaningful opportunity to bless people who urgently need it, and we need our whole church family to make it happen.

How You Can Help

Pray
Lift these families and this ministry effort before God.

Volunteer
We need a large team to prepare food, host, serve, and welcome our guests. Your presence will make a real difference.

Donate Food
We are seeking:

  • Salmon fillets

  • Moose roasts or steaks

  • Berries
These are staple foods they currently cannot access or cook where they’re staying.

Give (If You Wish)
Financial gifts are appreciated, but your involvement is what will bless them most.

Contact Connie Smith to get involved. (907) 232-4353‬
