The Alaska State Fair is just around the corner. We need volunteers to help cover shifts at our beautiful new Free Prayer Booth. The fair runs from: Friday, August 15 thru Monday, September 1 (Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

Shifts will be: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm and 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm (Optional shift times can be discussed).

Please call or text Carrie Messervy at 907-232-9906 with any questions and to sign up for the shifts you would like to attend.

Workbee

Join us for a workbee, Aug 10, 9:00am, as we prepare to kick off another school year!

Baby Showers

Join us for a baby shower celebrating Meagan Szutz, Krista Boyd, and Courtney Jewett on Sunday, August 24th at 10:00am in the Fellowship Hall.

Bring a sweet or savory brunch item to share.

On Sunday, August 10, join the team packaging up the donated items for the Kitchen Starter Boxes for the Women’s Shelter. Come help with the activity 1-3pm at church in the Fellowship Room!
