Did you notice we have a church campout on the calendar? You should plan to come and register so that we know you are coming. Use the link above to find the registration.

Do you have any idea what the Adventure Race is all about? Imagine an all-day adventure in teams of 4 doing multi-sport challenges, then imagine that it is 10 times better than you have imagined. We have never done this here but it will be extraordinary and you should get a team together and sign up.

We are looking for more volunteers for the following (Contact Pastor Ryan):

• 5K Grace Race: Be on the course, pointing runners in the right direction. Help organize the potluck supper. Help with the timing and awards.

• Bird-to-Gird Bike: We need 6 more background-screened adult bike riders!

•  Backpacking Trips: We need to finalize how many adults are coming so we know how many participants we can accept.

Here’s the plan!

5:30pm Show up! Park in the front parking lot. Walk around to the playground area. Pick up a bib number at the bib table. 

6:00pm Race starts! It will be timed from start signal to finish line (not with a fancy chip timer). Race path will be marked and a map will be posted at the starting line. 

6:45pm Potluck meal! Run fast, or we will start without you!

7:15pm Finisher awards! No prizes, but we will celebrate you with a bunch of hype.

7:30pm Worship! 

The entire event will be OUTSIDE. Bring a jacket for the meal and worship.

Come ready to run or walk. If you don't want to run, volunteer. We need those too! Contribute to the potluck meal by bringing soup, bread, salad, or desserts. 

Amazing Grace Academy, in partnership with Maranatha Volunteers International and with the support of Palmer SDA Church, is excited to announce plans for a spring break 2026 overseas mission trip! The exact dates and specific location are still being finalized, but Peru and Paraguay are leading options.

This 6th AGA mission trip marks the first without our original leader, Rick Jordan, who passed away last November. The AGA school board has entrusted leadership to Stacy and Laura Peterson. Their participation in all five prior AGA trips, coupled with their experience leading and volunteering on approximately 15 additional Maranatha trips to sites in the Caribbean, Central and South America, and Africa—including five Maranatha Ultimate Workout projects for teens—will be invaluable as they continue Mr. Jordan's legacy through Amazing Grace Academy.

We need to gauge interest!

This mission trip is open to individuals as young as 7th grade. We are diligently working to make this trip the most affordable in recent history, with a target participation fee of approximately $1750, including airfare.

Important note:  We require that participants under age 14 must be accompanied on the trip by a parent or guardian. (Complies with Maranatha’s 1:1 adult/child ratio for anyone age 13 and below).
